Brian Downie

As an Electrical Risk Management (ERM) Group Manager, Brian provides overall management for ERM-related projects and oversees staff to make sure customers are provided with complete electrical safety and conservation programs. Some of Brian’s responsibilities include planning, organizing, and staffing projects ensuring that they meet proper deadlines and customer expectations, visiting jobsites and interacting with key project team members, reviewing estimates with the estimating department for accuracy. Brian has extensive public speaking experience with local OSHA offices to train employers and stay current on safety programs, and networking and establishing new customer relationships.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a B.S. in Business Administration along with a minor in speech. He holds a Masters license in the State of Wisconsin along with licenses in Michigan. His 20 years of experience in the electrical field have always been focused on service and we find Brian often uses a statement to define his beliefs on service goals, “In services, the product is always personal” meaning people and relationships are what drive a customer/contractor partnership.
