Charlie Fredrickson

As the Vice President of Preconstruction, Charlie is responsible for leading and coordinating preconstruction service offerings to best serve Faith Technologies’ clients. Preconstruction services combine engineering, design, estimating, BIM and CAD resources to accurately estimate and budget for projects. Prior to joining Faith Technologies Charlie worked as a Team Leader for an Integrated Project Delivery firm. With this experience he provides a unique perspective on what is needed and required by a development team for project development, approval and funding. He considers himself ¼ estimator, ¼ project manager, ¼ engineer, and ¼ architect.
