Jill Hermans

As the Director of Learning and Development, Jill is responsible for managing and executing the overall learning and development strategy for the organization based on recommendations, corporate strategy, and organizational needs. In her role, she is responsible for managing and assisting with the development of curriculum, internal reference resources, and web/computer-based training resources.

Jill joined Faith Technologies in 2009 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communication with an emphasis in Business. She is also certified in the Information Mapping of design and documentation and has over a decade of experience as a learning professional.

When not at work, Jill is an avid runner who enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
