As a member of Faith Technologies’ business development team, Mike is responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with customers to ensure the Faith Technologies team thoroughly understands the customer’s needs. Some of Mike’s other responsibilities include maintaining relations with existing customers and key project team members to monitor customer satisfaction throughout the duration of a project.
