Responsibilities

As Chief Executive Officer, Rollie has full responsibility for the financial reporting, cash management, financial analysis and forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, job cost accounting and general accounting.

Some of Rollie’s responsibilities include coordinating reporting to and from the business units, ensuring timely and accurate financial results are reported to the group level, participating in the development of the corporation’s plans and programs as a strategic partner, evaluating and advising on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action and developing credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the President and Vice Presidents in performing their responsibilities.
